- Puppy Information -
~ There are many important details that go into raising a confident litter of puppies! ~ Our puppies are kept with their mother 24/7 with supervision from day one! We begin introducing food to our puppies between 3-4 weeks old, or when they tell us they are ready. We allow our females to wean their puppies on their own, when they are ready. As breeders, we have a responsibility of teaching our pups how to be well mannered & confident companions before leaving our care. Our puppies grow up inside our home, underfoot with lots of daily love and attention from every person in our family. They grow up listening to the everyday noises of a normal functioning household. We familiarize them with different textured surfaces to walk on both indoors and outdoors. Our puppies are introduced to a plethora of different types of toys with lots of different sounds and textures. At the appropriate age, they are introduced to our other dogs to teach them how to be confident and social with their kind. We begin litter box training them as soon as they are up and walking, and introduce them to crate training as well. Before leaving us, we also get them familiarized with going outside wearing a collar and/or harness, and walking on a leash. All of these things are crucial to raising sound and confident puppies that will grow into fantastic family companions!
~ ~ ~ ~ Please keep in mind, all of our breedings are done for ourselves first and foremost! ~ Therefore, we like to take our time when selecting which puppies we will be keeping back for future generations. By allowing our puppies more time to grow & develop, we are able to better evaluate both structure and temperaments, as well as their DNA results before choosing. This gives us a better idea of which puppies are 'pet' or 'breeding' quality. We also like to have our puppies initially Vet checked between 5-6 weeks old. Picks are generally chosen between 5-7 weeks old.

- Ready to meet you! -
~ When your puppy is ready to go home! ~ For our family's safety and the health of our puppies, we do not allow 'In-home' visits. Our entire home is where our dogs are raised & live their lives, not in a 'kennel facility' type atmosphere. We provide lots of videos of our puppies in our home as they grow so that you can see the environment we provide for them. We can also FaceTime with our future puppy families if this is something you would like to do. If you have an individual puppy reserved, you are more than welcome to meet us for their final Vet check at our Veterinarian's office.
Our puppies will generally be ready to leave us between the ages of 8-10 weeks old. We like to be sure our puppies are confident & eating well enough on their own before they leave our care. We like to meet our new puppy owners 'face to face' and want to be sure you are happy with your new puppy, for this reason we do not offer shipping. We are happy to drive a reasonable distance to meet with our new puppy owners if driving is an option. If driving is not an option, we are happy to meet at our airport with your new puppy to fly home 'in cabin' with you. Once you have your new puppy we require him or her to be examined by your Veterinarian within 72 hours.
*** We reserve the right to refuse to adopt to anyone we are not comfortable with! *** Before we will finalize any puppy adoptionwe MUST speak with you either in person or over the phone! Making sure you and your family are the right fit for one of our babies is important to us as their breeder! Our babies are not adopted out on a 'first come, first serve' basis! These are our babies and their happiness is our priority!
